My Family

My wife Macala and I have been together for over four years. We were married on October 8th, 2006, and as of writing this, are about to celebrate our one year anniversery. She is truly the best thing that's ever happened to me; she's my best friend, my companion, and all the other mushy names you can think of.

Well, I have an interesting family... I have two older brothers; Paul and Terry. I also have an older sister, Kalicia, and a younger sister, Katie. Now what gets interesting here is the fact that my Younger sister is five. My oldest nephew (Paul's son), is seven. So... yea, a little interesting to say the least.

Paul, married and with children, hosts an immensely popular online forum, d2jsp.com, and does quite well. He has a few kids, and one on the way. I wish I lived closer, so we could spent more time together, but that's the way life goes sometimes. Terry is the next-eldest brother, and he is also married. He currently is moving out to a farm somewhere in Iowa, which shows you how much we are in contact with one another. My sister Kalicia was married, but is recently divorced. She has two children. Katie is my youngest sister, whom I mentioned earlier.

My parents were divorced when I was very young, and so I was raised without the real knowledge of them being together. However, I consider myself very fortunate because both parents are remarried and I've essentially had two full sets of parents growing up.

Though technically not family, I consider my good friend Mitch Smith as such, as we've been best friends since around 4th grade. He's not only tolerated me throughout all the years, but was my best man at my wedding, so kudos to him.
